These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services of Atech Digital Innovations ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

We provide digital services including website design and development, e-commerce, mobile apps, custom software, branding, digital marketing, and business management systems. Specific deliverables, timelines, and prices are agreed per project through quotes, proformas, or invoices.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Prices shown on our website are starting rates and may vary based on your specific requirements. A formal quote or proforma invoice provides the applicable price for your project. Prices are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless stated otherwise. Any discounts or promotional codes are valid only for the period and conditions stated.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Paystack. Projects typically begin after the agreed deposit or full payment is received, as stated in your quote or invoice. Receipts are issued for confirmed payments. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and the content, materials, and access we need to deliver your project.
• Review and provide feedback within reasonable timeframes.
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials (logos, images, text) you provide to us.

5. Project Delivery and Revisions

We aim to deliver within the agreed timeline. Delays caused by late feedback, missing materials, or additional requests may affect timelines and cost. The number of revisions included is stated in your quote; additional revisions may be chargeable.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you, except for third-party components (such as licensed plugins, fonts, or stock media) which remain under their own licenses. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Client Portal

Where a client portal is provided, you are responsible for keeping your access code confidential. Do not share it with unauthorised persons.

8. Warranties and Support

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Any post-delivery support or maintenance period is as stated in your agreement. We do not guarantee specific business results (such as sales or search rankings) unless expressly agreed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Termination

Either party may end a project by written notice. If you end a project after work has begun, fees for work completed remain payable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Ghana.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
